探讨了高温灭菌工艺(121℃,110.35kPa)对纳米银颗粒在两种模拟体液(PBS溶液和DMEM培养液)中的分散状况的影响,并用TEM观测纳米银颗粒在两种溶液中的尺寸和分散程度及用XPS检测溶液中的纳米银颗粒的表面元素构成。结果表明,经高温灭菌处理后,纳米银颗粒在PBS溶液中的团聚程度明显增加;但由于纳米银颗粒表面在DMEM培养液中会发生蛋白质和氨基酸吸附,形成覆蛋白膜的纳米银颗粒,因此经高温灭菌处理后,纳米银颗粒依然能够在DMEM培养液中以单颗粒形式均匀存在。这一结果说明在DMEM培养液中的纳米银颗粒即使经过高温灭菌工艺处理,依然可以保持很好的分散状态,因此DMEM是适合于纳米银颗粒下一步临床应用的分散剂。
The effects of high temperature sterilization process (121 ℃, 110.35kPa) on the dispersion of nano-silver particles in two simulated body fluids (PBS and DMEM) were investigated.
