本文观察了国产聚肌胞(polyI:C)在小鼠体内抗瘤作用和免疫调节功能。结果表明,5mg/kg polyI:C对小鼠肉瘤180,Lewis肺癌和小鼠肝癌抑瘤率分别为37.3%、61.6%和44.2%。在免疫调节作用中,polyI:C在体内外均增加NK,Mφ和抗体依赖的Mφ活性。注射polyI:C后的小鼠血清较正常小鼠血清在体外对P_(388)细胞有较强的抑制DNA合成作用。polyI:C本身无明显细胞毒作用(100μg/ml抑制P_(388)细胞~3HTdR掺入率为16.5%)。实验提示polyI:C通过免疫调节发挥抗肿瘤作用。
In this paper, we observed the anti-tumor effect and immunoregulatory function of poly I:C in mice. The results showed that the inhibition rates of 5 mg/kg polyI:C on mouse sarcoma 180, Lewis lung cancer and mouse liver cancer were 37.3%, 61.6% and 44.2%, respectively. In immunoregulatory effects, poly I:C increased both NK, Mφ and antibody-dependent Mφ activity both in vitro and in vivo. Compared with normal mouse serum, the serum of mice injected with poly I:C had stronger inhibition of DNA synthesis on P 388 cells in vitro. There was no significant cytotoxicity of polyI:C itself (100 μg/ml inhibited P_(388) cells ~3HTdR incorporation rate was 16.5%). Experiments suggest that polyI:C exerts anti-tumor effects through immune regulation.
