随着传播技术的进步与智能设备的普及,一场由移动互联网所带动的信息跨界流动正在悄然进行。在新环境下,我国外宣工作开始以更加系统的眼光审视受传双方,思考如何实现全面、精准地传播“中国形象”。本文以微视频《奥利弗游中国》为例,通过分析其在内容生产、格局构建、受众培养方面的创新之处,探寻我国外宣工作在移动互联网视域下的新策略。
With the progress of communication technology and the popularization of smart devices, a cross-border flow of information driven by the mobile Internet is quietly under way. Under the new circumstances, the work of publicity in our country began to examine the two parties concerned in a more systematic way and think about how to achieve a comprehensive and accurate dissemination of “China’s Image.” Taking the micro-video “Oliver Traveling in China” as an example, this article explores the new tactics of China’s propaganda work under the sight of the mobile Internet by analyzing its innovations in content production, pattern construction and audience cultivation.
