本文首先概括了江苏省主题公园发展的现状和特点;其次,采用SWOT分析模型对江苏省发展主题公园产业的现状进行优、劣势分析,提出主题公园品牌发展的机遇与挑战;最后,从产业的视角提出了江苏主题公园品牌定位、品牌延伸等方面的营销策略。
First of all, this paper summarizes the current situation and characteristics of the development of theme parks in Jiangsu Province. Secondly, using the SWOT analysis model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the development of theme parks in Jiangsu Province, puts forward the opportunities and challenges of the theme parks brand development. Finally, Perspective put forward the theme of Jiangsu brand positioning, brand extension and other aspects of marketing strategy.
