目的了解企业员工对卫生服务的需求,探讨对企业员工开展社区卫生服务的具体方法。方法采用自行设计的问卷随机向2400名企业员工进行调查,并现场收回,用Excel软件进行描述性分析。结果企业员工对卫生服务需求的排序是:社区急救护理需求人数达89.88%,健康教育与指导需求人数达86.82%,心理指导需求人数达60.92%,上门医疗护理需求人数达58.12%,健康科普资料发放的需求人数达56.53%,联系转诊及转诊服务需求人数达54.33%,随访指导需求人数达38.04%。结论根据员工的不同需求提供针对性的卫生服务,有利于提高社区卫生人员的自身素质,改变服务观念,树立主动服务意识。
Objective To understand the employees’ needs for health services and to discuss the specific methods of carrying out community health services for employees. Methods Self-designed questionnaires were randomly surveyed to 2,400 employees and retrieved on-site, using descriptive analysis software Excel. Results The order of health service needs of employees was as follows: the number of community emergency nursing needs was 89.88%; the number of health education and guidance needs was 86.82%; the number of psychological guidance needs was 60.92%; the number of home health care needs was 58.12%; the health science information The number of requests for distribution reached 56.53%, the number of referral and referral services reached 54.33%, and the number of follow-up guidance requirements reached 38.04%. Conclusion Providing targeted health services according to the different needs of employees is conducive to improving the quality of community health personnel, changing their service concept and establishing a sense of proactive service.
