据香港《明报》报道,香港联交所今年5月底将安排7家纳斯达克上市公司来港挂牌,股份包括微软、英特尔、思科等国际级知名科技股。这对香港科技股是利是弊,引起市场人士关注。有利也有弊美国纳斯达克交易所前段时间表示,7只纳斯达克重量级股份将于5月31日以试验形式在香港挂牌。此外,他们正计划与香港联交所进一步合作,安排100家纳斯达克公司以相同形式在港挂牌。
According to Hong Kong’s Ming Pao, the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will arrange for seven NASDAQ listed companies to list their shares in Hong Kong by the end of May this year. The shares include well-known technology companies such as Microsoft, Intel and Cisco. This is a pros and cons for Hong Kong technology stocks, causing market concerns. The Pros and Cons of the U.S. Nasdaq Exchange Corporation said some time ago that the seven heavyweight Nasdaq shares will be listed on the trial form in Hong Kong on May 31.
