针对热卷箱在实际使用过程中,开卷压力控制精度不高、影响开卷成功率的情况,以国内某新建850 mm不锈钢热连轧生产线中的热卷箱为研究背景,通过研究现场设备和工艺,开发了一套热卷箱开卷压力控制系统。在建立插入臂压力控制系统传递函数模型后,将变论域模糊自适应PI控制算法应用于开卷压力控制。仿真结果表明,变论域模糊自适应PI压力控制比常规PI压力控制具有更佳的控制效果。
