近年来,兼职党支部书记越来越成为一支重要的力量。但通过对一些兼职党支部书记状况的考察,还存在一些不容忽视的问题。对党支部工作基本业务不够熟悉。一些行政领导或业务干部兼任党支部书记后,抓行政管理是一把好手,但对基层党支部工作的基本内容、工作规范、基本要求不够熟悉。
