槟城二桥主桥主塔横梁,主梁0#、1#节段,过渡墩横梁,边跨18#节段均采用落地现浇支架施工方法。针对该工程现浇段多、悬臂部分长、工期紧等难点,并结合现场实际情况,详细介绍了0#、1#块现浇支架的设计及施工工艺,并对施工中应注意的问题进行总结分析。实践证明此次现浇支架安全可靠,完全满足施工进度的要求。为槟城二桥主桥的顺利施工提供了重要的技术服务,也为同类工程现浇支架的设计及施工提供了参考。
