为了提高刚度和承载力,铁路CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道板通过配置预应力钢棒来施加预应力。然而在实际使用过程中,动车组列车高速通行,对轨道板产生复杂的反复荷载作用,导致部分预应力钢棒断裂失效,进而导致轨道板局部开裂,同时轨道板结构受力性能和耐久性也均发生改变。因此要及时对断裂预应力钢棒的轨道板进行防护和修复,以确保轨道板的使用寿命。简要介绍铁路CRTSⅠ型无砟轨道板预应力钢棒断裂防护和修复的施工流程,并对施工流程中需要注意的问题进行探讨,并针对性地提出改进建议。
In order to improve the stiffness and bearing capacity, railway CRTS Ⅰ ballastless track slabs are prestressed by the provision of prestressed steel bars. However, in actual use, EMU trains pass at high speed and cause complex repeated loading on the track slab, resulting in failure of some prestressed steel bars, which in turn leads to partial cracking of the track slab. At the same time, the stress performance and durability of the track slab structure All changed. Therefore, in time to the pre-stressed steel bar rail plate protection and repair to ensure the life of the track plate. This paper briefly introduces the construction flow of the prestressed steel bar CRTS Ⅰ type ballastless track plate rupture protection and repair, and discusses the problems that need attention in the construction process, and proposes some suggestions for improvement.
