重点从中国国有企业绩效评价模式和应用分析,指出中国国有企业绩效评价模式存在的不足和发展方向。同时,基于利益相关者与企业绩效的互动机理及现实选择,指出高效企业绩效评价系统的特征。由此,建立起充分体现这些特征的基于利益相关者利益均衡的企业绩效评价系统。
Focusing on the performance evaluation model and application analysis of Chinese state-owned enterprises, this paper points out the shortcomings and development direction of the performance evaluation model of Chinese state-owned enterprises. At the same time, based on the interaction mechanism between stakeholders and enterprise performance and the realistic choice, the characteristics of efficient enterprise performance evaluation system are pointed out. Therefore, the establishment of a full performance of these characteristics based on the interests of stakeholders balanced enterprise performance evaluation system.
