石安高速公路部分路段2010年养护维修中采用了就地热再生施工工艺。为保证施工质量对影响热再生质量的关键技术问题进行了研究。室内进行了旧料的级配及油石比、回收集料性能、回收沥青性能进行了研究,提出了补充部分新沥青混合料以调整级配,增加油石比;对新沥青混合料合理掺量进行了试验研究,进行了车辙试验、冻融试验、劈裂试验、低温弯曲试验,提出了20%的合理掺量。
Some sections of Shi’an Expressway used in 2010 maintenance and repair of local thermal regeneration process. In order to ensure the construction quality of the thermal regeneration of the key technical issues were studied.
