近几年,广科院围绕“科技创新、应用服务”的指导思想,采取重点突破的策略,不断进行技术创新,在移动多媒体广播技术、卫星直播技术、数字电影流动放映技术等方面取得重大突破。本文在简要介绍科技创新体系含义、广电总局近年来的实践、广科院所作的探索,以及媒体时代的技术特点和传播手段特点的基础上,提出了战略发展目标、明确创新主体的定位与分工等建议。
