经济的飞速发展,促进了城市交通的发展,使得道路桥梁工程数量逐渐增多。而目前我国的道路桥梁建设专业人才较少,不能很好地满足道桥工程施工需要。为了解决该行业人才短缺问题,相关教育部门及专家学者积极探索出一套道桥工程技术专业中高职联读人才培养方案,并积极进行实践,从而为社会提供大量高素质人才。同时,中高职联读是将中高两个职业院校的教育资源及结构进行重新整合,能够优化我国教学体系,培养专项高素质人才。本文将通过介绍“3+2”人才培养方案,并进一步分析其在道桥工程技术专业的现状以及建设路径。
The rapid economic development has promoted the development of urban transport, making the number of road and bridge projects gradually increased. At present, there are less professionals in road and bridge construction in our country and can not meet the construction needs of the bridge project well. In order to solve the problem of talent shortage in this industry, related education departments and experts and scholars actively explored a set of program to train qualified secondary school students in Daqiao Engineering and Technology, and actively carried out the practice to provide a large number of high-quality talents for the society. At the same time, the joint reading of secondary vocational schools and higher vocational schools is to re-integrate the educational resources and structures of the two vocational and secondary vocational schools in middle and high schools, to optimize our teaching system and to cultivate special high-quality personnel. This article will introduce the “3 + 2 ” personnel training program, and further analysis of the status quo in the bridge engineering technology and construction path.
