实验观察蛋白质缺乏和免疫调节剂对脾巨噬细胞和淋巴细胞的影响。取C57BL/G鼠随机分成3组:①N组,喂正常饲料;②M组,不给蛋白质14天;③MR组,上述动物补充蛋白质3天。实验1:60只M和MR动物再均分为3小组:①M和MR对照组:②MM和MRM组,在杀死动物前24小时皮下注氨戊基二肽(MDP)50μg/kg;③MI和MRL组,在杀死前5天每日皮下注射重组γ干扰素(IFN)7500单位,共5天。实验2:M组鼠20只和其它5组
The effects of protein deficiency and immunomodulatory agents on splenic macrophages and lymphocytes were observed experimentally. C57BL / G mice were randomly divided into three groups: ①N group, fed with normal diet; ②M group, no protein for 14 days; ③MR group, the animals supplemented with protein for 3 days.
