在2003年5月份中油集团“达标创星”考评小组检查验收过程中,辽宁销售分公司小北加油站以962分的成绩位居辽宁省万吨级加油站第二位,并被评为五星级加油站。之所以能取得这样的荣誉,归功于“5S”服务法在小北加油站的成功运用。“5S”服务法源于服务业管理先锋日本箱根酒店,即smile(微笑)、speedy(速度)、sincerity(诚挚)、security(安全)、sensibility(敏锐)。自2001年开始借鉴和推广“5S”服务法以来,小北加油站在探索中不断发展,在运用中不断完善,在实践中不断积累,逐步形成了一套具有小北特色的“5S”服务法。
In May 2003, PetroChina’s “Standard Star” evaluation team inspection and acceptance process, the sales subsidiary of Liaoning Xiaobei gas station with 962 points in Liaoning Province ranked the second tonnage of gas stations and was rated as five Star gas station. The reason why this honor can be achieved is attributed to the successful application of “5S” service law in Xiaobei gas station. “5S” service law from the pioneer in service management Hakone hotels in Japan, namely smile, speedy, sincerity, security, sensibility. Since 2001, when it began to learn from and promote the “5S” service law, Xiaobei gas station has been developing continuously in exploration, constantly improving in operation, accumulating in practice and gradually forming a set of “5S” service with the characteristics of “Little North” law.
