人在胸背向超重[+Gx]作用下,期前收缩的发生率很高。弄清它的主要原因和机理,在航天医学中具有重要意义。经临床和心电图检查均正常的27名男性健康青年作被试者,分别在载人离心机+Gx作用和地面模拟对人体的影响因素下进行观察。在离心机上11°背角的+Gx作用下,当腿部抬高和抗荷服加压、右心房压力增加较多时,27人中有18人发生以房性为主的各种期前收缩54次;当腿部放平抗荷服不加压,使右心房的压力增加较少时,27人中仅有4人发生4次期前收缩。地面上采用仰卧姿势,高抬腿和抗荷服加压,同时作快速吸气后坚持憋气,然后猛然呼气使胸内压突然下降,作为模拟+Gx作用对右心房压力的影响,同样也可以在健康人中诱发出以房性为主的各种期前收缩。依据实验结果可以推论,右心房的膨胀牵张是诱发各种期前收缩的主要原因。
