示波器在实验室和工业生产现场得到广泛的应用,但一般的示波器(模拟示波器)无信息存贮、处理和记录打印等功能,很难正确观察和测量各种复杂信号,也不便对波形进行细部分析和存贮打印,而数字示波器价格昂贵。本文介绍一个用普通取样示波器构成的智能化高频信号数字采集系统,该系统能对1000MHz的高频信号进行取样,具有示波器 CRT 显示波形,对CRT上显示波形进行各种数据处理和存贮、数字显示和打印所需测试数据等功能,并具有最简单的人机对话,该系统同时解决了用普通 A/D 转换芯片(转换时间在μ级)对1000MHz 的高频信号取样的问题。 Oscilloscopes are widely used in laboratories and industrial production sites.
