中等职业教育是直接为地方经济建设服务的,它的生命力在于对社会的适应性和服务性,经济的发展和产业结构的调整必然导致中等职业教育结构的变化。我校作为一所向日资船舶修造企业培养输送现场管理人员,并接受日资企业办学经费资助的学校,日语教学占有特殊的重要地位。针对这种现状,积极探索,改进教学方法,将整个中职的日语教学分割成三大板块加以实施。提高教学效率,努力提高学生日语的实际应用能力,在学生进入企业以后,就能尽快熟悉专业环境,适应企业岗位的要求。 Secondary vocational education is directly serving the construction of local economy. Its vitality lies in the adaptability and service to the society. The development of economy and the adjustment of industrial structure will inevitably lead to the change of secondary vocational education structure. As a Japanese shipbuilding enterprises to cultivate the delivery site management personnel, and funded by the Japanese enterprises funded schools, Japanese teaching occupies a special important position. In response to this situation, we have actively explored and improved teaching methods and divided the entire Japanese teaching of secondary vocational education into three major sections to be implemented. Improve teaching efficiency, and strive to improve students’ ability of practical application of Japanese. As soon as a student enters the enterprise, he or she can become familiar with the professional environment and adapt to the requirements of the enterprise post as soon as possible.
