目的研究红树伴生植物山石榴Catunaregam spinosa的化学成分。方法利用柱色谱进行分离和纯化,通过光谱分析鉴定结构。结果从山石榴地上部分中分离得到4个木脂素、3个苯丙素和3个甾醇类化合物,分别鉴定为落叶松脂醇(lariciresinol,1)、5′-甲氧基落叶松脂醇(5′-methoxylariciresinol,2)、淫羊藿醇A2(icariol A2,3)、楝叶吴萸素B(evofolin B,4)、松柏醛(ferulaldehyde,5)、咖啡酸甲酯(methyl caffeate,6)、对羟基桂皮酸(p-hydroxy-cinnamic acid,7)、胆甾醇(cholesterol,8)、5α,8α-表二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-diene-3 β-ol,9)和豆甾醇葡萄糖苷(stigmasterol β-D-glucoside,10)。结论10个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到,木脂素类化合物是首次从山石榴属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Catunaregam spinosa associated with mangrove psyllium. The method was separated and purified by column chromatography and identified by spectral analysis. Results Four lignans, three phenylpropanoids and three sterols were isolated from the aerial parts of Pomegranate pumila, and were identified as lariciresinol (1), 5’-methoxyloloneol -methoxylariciresinol, 2), icariol A2,3, evofolin B (4), ferulaldehyde (5), methyl caffeate (6) P-hydroxy-cinnamic acid (7), cholesterol (8), 5a, 8a-epioxyergosta-6 , 22-diene-3β-ol, 9) and stigmasterol β-D-glucoside (10). Conclusion All the 10 compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. Lignans were isolated from Pomegranate for the first time.
