目的:观察右归饮不同浓度促进骨折愈合的效果,获得右归饮治疗骨折的最佳浓度,并获得右归饮治疗的最佳时间。方法:将120只SD雄性大鼠,体质量(250±20)g,随机分为4组:骨折组、低浓度右归饮+骨折组、中浓度右归饮+骨折组、高浓度右归饮+骨折组,每组6只。造模完成后,骨折组用生理盐水灌胃,右归饮组灌服不同浓度右归饮汤剂,于造模后3、7、14、21、28 d处死大鼠取骨痂进行影像形态学及QPCR检测。结果:在各个时间点高、中、低浓度右归饮组均较对照组骨痂量明显增多,VEGF表达量显著升高(P<0.01),表达高峰出现时间明显提前、维持时间延长,且与浓度呈一定的正相关。结论:右归饮能明显促进骨折愈合,高浓度为治疗骨折的最佳浓度,并且应在早期即开始使用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Yougui Decoction at different concentrations to promote fracture healing, to obtain the optimal concentration of Yougui Yin in the treatment of fractures and to obtain the optimal treatment time of Yougui Yin.
