乳剂是一种热力学不稳定系统,分散相易于合并而破坏,因此稳定性的评定是十分必要的。本文就用阿拉伯胶和国产的福建胶(Acacia deccurens Wild var.mollis Lindl.)两种乳化剂制成含油乳剂应用升温方法加速破坏进行探讨乳剂的稳定性。阿拉伯胶乳:按常法用阿拉伯胶作为乳化剂制备含50%液状石蜡乳。分别用乳钵法和乳匀机法进行乳化。升温(20℃,45℃,60℃)加速乳剂破坏,经时(24,72,120,168小时)测定油球直径的变化,作出粒度分布表并绘制图,结果发现两法制备的乳剂均随温度
Emulsion is a thermodynamically unstable system, the dispersed phase easy to combine and destroy, so the assessment of stability is very necessary. In this paper, Acacia deccurens Wild var. Mollis Lindl. Two emulsifiers made of emulsified oil emulsion temperature increase method to accelerate the destruction to explore the stability of the emulsion. Arabian latex: According to the usual method of using acacia as an emulsifier prepared with 50% liquid paraffin milk. They were emulsified by the mortar method and the homogenizer method respectively. The temperature was increased (20 ℃, 45 ℃, 60 ℃) to accelerate the destruction of the emulsion. The changes of the diameter of the oil ball were measured by time (24, 72, 120, 168 hours) to make the particle size distribution chart and draw the chart.
