作者在早期的试验中曾将水痘疫苗与麻疹-流行性腮腺炎-风疹(MMR)疫苗混合后进行免疫接种。虽然对MMR各成份的血清阳转率均达到与过去一样的高水平,但对水痘疫苗的血清阳转率却降至77%。本文将一种低剂量的MMR疫苗与两种不同剂量的水痘疫苗联合免疫,进一步观察血清阳转率。用市售的水痘OKA株活疫苗(Varilrix,VZV)与MMR活疫苗(Pluserix,毒株为Schwarz、Urabe AM9和RA27/3)混合成4价活疫
In earlier experiments, the authors vaccinated the varicella vaccine against the measles-mumps-rubella (MMR) vaccine. Although seroconversion rates for each component of MMR were as high as they were in the past, the seroconversion rate to the varicella vaccine dropped to 77%. In this paper, a low dose of MMR vaccine and two different doses of chickenpox vaccine immunization, and further observation of seroconversion rate. A commercial vaccine of OKA strain of live chicken pox (Varilrix, VZV) was mixed with live MMR vaccine (Pluserix, strain Schwarz, Urabe AM9 and RA27 / 3)
