目的 :为道地丹参提供土壤环境因子的依据。方法 :应用实地考察和室内化学分析研究丹参生长土壤的理化性质和药材的无机元素含量。所得数据用SPSS 10 .0软件进行分析比较。结果 :主产区的丹参对铜和锌元素的吸收具有富集作用 ;在丹参生长土壤的主成分分析中 ,主成分不明显 ,说明丹参对土壤生境适应性强。结论 :土壤生态环境不是形成道地丹参的主导因子。
Objective: To provide evidence of soil environmental factors for Danshen. Methods: The physical and chemical properties of Salvia miltiorrhiza growing soil and the content of inorganic elements in medicinal materials were studied by field investigation and indoor chemical analysis. The data obtained by SPSS 10 .0 software for analysis and comparison. Results: Salvia miltiorrhiza was rich in the absorption of copper and zinc in the main producing areas. The main component of Salvia miltiorrhiza was not obvious, which indicated that Salvia miltiorrhiza was more adaptable to soil habitat. Conclusion: Soil ecological environment is not the dominant factor for the formation of authentic Salvia miltiorrhiza.
