一个人最重要的是掌握知识和技能,以不断丰富自己的学识,不能唯文凭而读书。这是我坚持多年自学,特别是参加刊授党校学习两年来的切身体会。当我报名参加刊授党校学习时,我的两个还在重点大学读书的弟弟笑着对我说,你的大学可不如我们的大学啰。我回答说,那可不一定,关键还要看你怎样去学习。1984年,我就参加过西北新闻刊授学院的学习(那时我高中毕业回乡,被乡里聘为广播员)。当初,该刊院许诺发给毕业证书且国家承认学历,入学后却又郑重声明可参加本专业自学考试,不发文凭。与我一同报名的一位同事悻悻而退,而我对刊院寄来的12本教科书爱不释手。我以
The most important thing for a person is to master the knowledge and skills so as to continuously enrich their own knowledge and to study without a diploma. This is my personal experience of sticking to my self-study for many years, especially in the two years since I attended the party school. When I signed up to attend the party school, my two younger brothers studying at major universities smiled and told me that your university is not as good as our university. I replied, that may not be the key depends on how you learn. In 1984, I attended a Northwestern journalism academy (when I graduated from high school and was hired as a broadcaster by the township).
