大牛地气田天然气处理主要是利用地层能量,通过两级节流制冷,使外输天然气达到外输标准。但是随着气田开发,地层压力下降,节流后天然气温度不足以产生足够的低温,完成天然气脱水脱烃要求。如何充分利用地层能量,延长已有地面集输系统的使用时间,降低投资,为此在大牛地气田10号集气站利用板翅式换热器进行了小压差换热试验。经过现场试验和运行数据分析,效果非常明显。
The natural gas processing in Daniudi Gas Field mainly utilizes the formation energy and passes the two-stage throttling refrigeration to make the outgoing natural gas reach the output standard. However, with the development of the gas field, the pressure of the formation decreases and the natural gas temperature after the throttling is insufficient to generate enough low temperature to complete the dehydration and de-hydrocarboning requirements of natural gas. How to make full use of the formation energy, extend the service time of the existing ground transportation system and reduce the investment, so a small-pressure heat transfer test was carried out in the plate-fin heat exchanger at Daniudi Gas Field No. 10 gas gathering station. After field test and operation data analysis, the effect is very obvious.
