本文通过对我国具有典型意义的江苏省排灌机械设计、制造、使用、管理和节能改造试点的调查,对本省排灌机械的能源利用现状进行了详细的分析,指出本省排灌机械能源利用率不到20%,近期经过挖潜改造,每年可节电3.27~5.54亿度。本文还对造成能源浪费的主要问题和原因进行了分析,并总结了节能挖潜的技术措施,讨论了节能指标和用静态分析方法计算了经济效益、投资回收等问题,最后对本省排灌机械能源的技术经济政策提出了建议,可供有关部门参考。
In this paper, a typical significance of our province irrigation and drainage machinery design, manufacture, use, management and energy saving pilot survey, the province’s irrigation and drainage machinery for energy use in a detailed analysis of the situation that the province irrigation and drainage machinery energy utilization rate of less than 20 %, After the recent tapping transformation, annual saving 3.27 ~ 554 million degrees. The paper also analyzes the main problems and causes of energy waste and summarizes the technical measures of tapping potential of energy conservation, discusses the energy-saving indicators and the static analysis method to calculate the economic benefits, investment recovery and other issues.
