通过盆栽模拟试验,研究了干旱区绿洲土壤Cd、Pb单一与复合污染下,芹菜各部位对Cd、Pb的吸收累积与迁移规律。结果表明:在Cd、Pb单一与Cd-Pb复合污染下,芹菜根部和茎叶部对重金属的吸收与累积随着土壤重金属浓度的增大而增加。在复合污染下,Pb对Cd在芹菜体内吸收与累积的影响作用不明显;而Cd抑制了芹菜根部和茎叶部对Pb的吸收与累积。芹菜茎叶部对Cd、Pb的吸收与相应处理下土壤Cd与Pb有效态含量呈显著线性关系。Pb对土壤中Cd的有效态含量没有影响,Cd降低了土壤中Pb的有效态含量。不同处理下,芹菜根部对Cd、Pb的吸收大于茎叶部,Cd比Pb更易在芹菜体内吸收与累积并向地上部分迁移。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the accumulation and migration of Cd and Pb in different parts of celery under the single and compound pollution of Cd and Pb in oasis soil in arid area. The results showed that under Cd and Pb combined with Cd-Pb, the absorption and accumulation of heavy metals in root and stem of celery increased with the increase of soil heavy metal concentration. Under combined pollution, the effect of Pb on the absorption and accumulation of Cd in celery was insignificant; however, Cd inhibited the absorption and accumulation of Pb in root and stem of celery. The absorption of Cd and Pb by stems and leaves of celery showed a significant linear relationship with the available Cd and Pb contents under the corresponding treatments. Pb had no effect on the effective Cd content in the soil, while Cd decreased the effective Pb content in the soil. Under different treatments, the absorption of Cd and Pb in root of celery was greater than that of stem and leaf, and Cd was easier to absorb and accumulate in celery than that of Pb, and migrated to above-ground part.
