人物名片孙淑芬济南漱玉平民大药房片区经理2013年中国药店“金牌店长”获得者孙淑芬说,营业员主要的任务是学习。初入门店的她被分到了处方组,倍感压力的她将工作外的绝大多数时间都用在读书、学习上,光是曾经用来做笔记的本本和小抄堆满了半个书柜。GSP认证向来是比较“头痛”的事情,尤其对处方组来说——处方药核对,批号核对,抽检药品……认真努力加班加点,孙淑芬得到了领导的肯定。终于,在第一年被评为优秀店员后,她被挑选至济南总部见习数月。那段时间获益匪浅,为她日后成功竞聘店长打下基础。
