目的:探讨CX3CL1、CX3CR1在胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达及其意义。方法:收集30例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织及对应癌旁组织,用ELISA和western blot法分别检测标本中CX3CL1及CX3CR1的蛋白水平。结果:ELISA法显示CX3CL1在胃癌组织中的表达水平高于对应癌旁组织(P<0.05),western blot法显示CX3CR1蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达水平高于对应癌旁组织(P<0.05)。结论:胃癌组织中CX3CL1、CX3CR1的高表达可能与胃癌的发生发展密切相关。
Objective: To investigate the expression and significance of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 in gastric cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues. Methods: Thirty cancerous tissues and corresponding paracancerous tissues were collected from 30 patients with gastric cancer. The protein levels of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 were detected by ELISA and western blot respectively. Results: The expression of CX3CL1 in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in the corresponding paracancerous tissues (P <0.05) by ELISA. The expression of CX3CR1 protein in gastric cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05) by western blot. Conclusion: The high expression of CX3CL1 and CX3CR1 in gastric cancer may be closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
