由于生源的客观现状,入读中职校的新生对自身接受职业教育、成为有用之才缺乏认识,没有信心。作为中职生多元成才培养模式实施的第一步,在新生期开展榜样教育,目标锁定确立中职新生的成才信念。实践中,在教育时间、教育内容及教育方式上有所创新。调查结果显示,中职生多元成才培养模式下的新生教育创新实践,取得比较好的实效。
Due to the objective status quo of students, freshmen entering secondary vocational schools lack of understanding and confidence in becoming vocational educators for themselves. As the first step in the implementation of the multiple talents training model for secondary vocational school students, they carry out role model education in the newborn period and aim to establish the confidence of becoming a freshmen in secondary vocational school. In practice, there are innovations in educational time, educational content and educational methods. The survey results show that secondary vocational education under the mode of multiple talents training innovation education practice, achieved good results.
