生产实训是实践教学的重要组成部分,是学生全面运用所学知识进行综合性实践活动实现毕业与上岗零过渡的重要一环。近年来,笔者在组织资源勘查类专业生产实训中对如何做好生产实训管理,保证实训效果方面进行了有益探索,取得了较好的教学效果。 Production training is an important part of practical teaching. It is an important part of students’ comprehensive utilization of their knowledge to carry out comprehensive practical activities to achieve zero transition between graduation and induction. In recent years, the author has made useful exploration on how to do a good job of production training management and ensure the training effect in the professional training of resources exploration organization, and achieved good teaching results.
