本文论述了在京津冀协同发展的背景下,三地文化艺术人才的共建共享与一体化已成为文化产业协同发展的必然要求,并对文化艺术人才一体化内涵进行了阐释。指出目前三地人才协同发展的现状,剖析了文化艺术人才协同效应不高的原因。 This paper discusses that under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the co-construction, sharing and integration of the three arts and cultural talents have become the inevitable requirements for the coordinated development of cultural industries. The connotation of the integration of cultural and artistic talents is also explained. It points out the current situation of the coordinated development of talented people in the three places and analyzes the reasons for the low synergistic effect of talents in culture and arts.
