金寨现代产业园区是“5+1”项目的一项重点工程,规划面积50.74平方公里,其中建设用地31.45平方公里,起步区8.68平方公里,发展定位为产城一体、宜居宜业宜游的现代化新城区。产业园区位交通地处两条高速公路、两条铁路和两条省道围合区域,紧邻沪汉蓉高速公路金寨道口;距沪陕高速公路叶集道口7公里;距宁西铁路叶集站4公里;距沪汉蓉高铁金寨站10公里;距合肥新桥机场100公里。
