高中化学教学中学生自主管理能力的培养

随着素质教学的不断深入,越来越多的老师开始将学生自主管理能力的培养放到了教学的重要位置上。在高中化学课堂上,由于任务较重,升学压力较大,导致老师与学生间缺乏积极的沟通,甚至有些老师对于学生的实际学习情况都没有一个清晰的认知。在这种情况下,老师更要强化对学生自主管理能力的培养。本文通过对具体的培养环节展开叙述,希望能对同行们的教学起到参考作用。 With the continuous deepening of quality teaching, more and more teachers begin to put the cultivation of students’ independent management ability into an important position in teaching. In the high school chemistry class, due to the heavy tasks and the pressure of higher education, there is a lack of active communication between the teachers and the students. Some teachers even do not have a clear understanding of the students’ actual learning situations. Under such circumstances, the teacher should also strengthen the cultivation of students’ self-management ability. This article narrates the concrete training links, hopes to have the reference function to the colleague’s teaching.
