企业经营管理过程中为了始终保持员工的积极状态,采取有效的激励机制尤为重要,那么在进行决策是就需要进行具体的甄别与判断。本文从影响企业激励决策的效果因素归纳中做出分析,提出企业经营管理中激励决策的优化路径,旨在提升我国企业的人力资源稳定和促进企业发展运行的稳定性。
In order to always maintain the positive state of employees in the process of business management, it is particularly important to adopt effective incentive mechanism. Therefore, specific decisions and judgments are needed when making decisions. This article makes an analysis from the summary of the effect factors affecting the decision-making of the enterprise incentive and puts forward the optimization route of the incentive decision-making in the enterprise management. The aim is to improve the stability of the human resource in our country and to promote the stability of the enterprise’s development and operation.
