1984—1985两年在德新乡瘠薄地和延边农学院试验地(肥地)分别对30份和15份大豆原始材料分析了株高、分枝、主茎节数、一株荚数和粒数、单株产量等9个性状的变异、遗传力以及各性状之间的相关。最后用通径分析明确了各性状对单株产量的直接效应和间接效应。通过分析明确了:在两种肥力下变异系数大的性状有分枝数、一株粒数及一株荚数,变异系数小的性状则有一荚粒数和主茎节数。在肥地条件下,单株产量、株高、百粒重等性状的变异系数则介于上述大小中间,一节荚数的变异系数则偏小。在瘠薄地,一节荚数变异系数偏大,单株产量、百粒重变异系数处于中间,株高变异系数偏小。相关分析和通径分析结果完全一致。无论在哪种肥力条件下,与单株产量的相关达到显著平准,且直接效应和间接效应较大的性状有一株粒数(·781~(**)、·812~(**))、一株荚数(·706~(**)、773~(**))、主茎节数(·661~(**)、·474~(**))和株高(·568~(**)、·407~(**));而在肥地上,与单株产量的相关达到显著平准,且直接效应和间接效应较大老除了上述性状以外,还有一荚粒数(·408~*)。瘠薄地上则还有分枝(·414~(**))和一节荚数(·640~(**))。
