仰卧位拔伸整复手法治疗颈性高血压30例

目的:探讨仰卧位拔伸整复手法治疗颈性高血压的疗效.方法:将符合纳入标准的60例颈性高血压患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组施以仰卧位拔伸整复手法治疗,对照组予以常规推拿结合颈椎持续牵引手法治疗.观察两组在临床症状和血压方面的改善情况.结果:治疗组在症状、能力、总积分三个项目的改善方面与对照组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05).在改善血压方面效果更显著(P<0.01).结论:仰卧位拔伸整复手法治疗颈性高血压疗效明显.
