试样在650℃烧制、50%王水溶解、泡塑振荡吸附、硫脲解脱,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定土壤、水系样品中痕量金的含量,大大缩短了分析时间。方法经国家一级标准物质分析验证,结果与标准值相符。方法精密度小于5%。方法检出限为0.099ng/g,线性范围宽,适用于土壤、水系样品中0.1ng/g以上金的测定。
The samples were sintered at 650 ℃, dissolved in 50% aqua regia, adsorbed by foam plastic and released from thiourea. The content of trace gold in soil and water samples was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, which greatly shortened the analysis time. The method is verified by the national first-level reference material and the result is consistent with the standard value. Method precision less than 5%. The method has a detection limit of 0.099ng / g and a wide linear range. It is suitable for the determination of gold above 0.1ng / g in soil and aquatic samples.
