何为“法律人”?什么样的法律人才是这个时代需要的?成功竞选美国总统的奥巴马,也是一个具有法律教育背景的成功法律人。中国改革开放30年来,“法律人”们逐渐在政界和世界各领域崭露头角。面对全球化和竞争日益激烈的时代,中国法学教育在培养新一代法律人上又该做哪些调整?法律人个人的品质和共同体的资源,造就了美国律师从政成功的必然性。然而,这种必然性并非天然形成的,在美国法律人政治文化的形成中,法学院的教育和历练居功至伟。
What is the “legal person”? What kind of legal talent is needed for this era? Successfully campaigning for President Obama, but also a successful legal person with legal education background. In the 30 years since China’s reform and opening up, “legal people ” have gradually emerged in various fields of politics and the world.
