随着社会主义市场经济向纵深稳步发展,我国通信企业的内外部环境正日益发生着深刻的变化,如何在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展成为通信企业面临的一项重大课,近年来,人力资源管理作为通信企业的一项重点内容逐渐得到重视。本文首先对通信企业的人力资源管理工作特点进行了介绍,其次从几个方面阐述了通信企业人力资源管理方面存在的问题,并逐一展开,进行深入分析,在此基础上,结合我国通信企业人力资源管理的实际状况,有针对性地提出了提高通信业人力资源管理水平的对策与措施,具有一定的现实意义。
