利用外资是借用外部资源,加快我国经济建设的有效途径。当前,合资热在华夏大地上方兴未艾,不少企业融来了新的资金,增添了先进的设备和技术。但是,合资的一哄而起,也使不少国的品牌改换门庭,其知名度、卓越声誉和市场在合资的招牌下悄然淹没。 以啤酒工业为例。1995年,我国啤酒产量高达1546吨,已超过德国,成为仅次于美国的第二大啤酒生产国。然而,随着“洋啤酒”的入侵,众多国内啤酒企业纷纷走上合资路。据不久前在武汉结束的’96全国啤酒协会年会上得到的信息,目前,全国生产能力在5万吨以上的啤酒厂约有60家,其中70%已被合资。一方面是产量的持续增长,市场容量的扩大;另一方面却是国有品牌的沦丧。
Utilizing foreign capital is an effective way to borrow external resources and speed up China’s economic construction. At present, the hot joint venture in the ascendant in China is booming, many companies have brought new funds, adding advanced equipment and technology. However, the swarming of joint ventures has also led to the change of brand names in many countries. Its popularity, reputation and market are quietly submerged under the joint venture’s signboard. Take the beer industry for example. In 1995, China’s beer production reached 1546 tons, surpassing Germany and becoming the second largest beer producing country after the United States. However, with the “foreign beer” invasion, many domestic beer companies have embarked on a joint venture road. According to the information recently obtained at the ’96 National Beer Association Annual Meeting concluded in Wuhan, at present there are about 60 breweries nationwide producing more than 50,000 tons, 70% of which are already joint ventures. On the one hand, the continuous growth of output and the expansion of market capacity; on the other hand, the loss of state-owned brands.
