当今优秀游泳运动员的年龄变化逐渐被教练员重视,优秀运动员的年龄特征对于把握游泳训练规律,确定训练目标、规划和组织多年运动训练过程是十分重要的。我们通过对参加全运会和奥运会的我国优秀运动员(第8届、第9届、第10届、第11届全运会各个项目前八名参赛运动员;第27届、第28届、第29届奥运会我国参赛运动员)进行年龄特征分析,试图找出我国参加2012年奥运会运动员的年龄规律,以便为教练员提供训练安排方面的参考,在2012年奥运会上取得优异的成绩。
The age changes of today’s elite swimmers are gradually valued by coaches. The age characteristics of elite athletes are very important for grasping the swimming training rules, determining the training objectives, and planning and organizing the multi-year sports training process.
