目的比较9种骨骼标本脱脂有机溶剂的脱脂脱水效果。方法选取新鲜成人手掌标本9例,水煮清除骨骼周围组织,分别加入500 ml不同有机溶剂浸泡,经冲洗和漂白后观察脱脂脱水效果。结果工业丙酮、工业环己酮和工业乙酸乙酯对骨骼标本的脱脂脱水效果最佳,脱脂脱水比率为38%左右,骨骼表面光亮,洁白,骨髓腔的油脂脱得比较干净;其次是工业乙醇、天那水和汽油,脱脂脱水比率为32%左右,效果最差的是乙醚和二甲苯,它的脱脂脱水比率仅为23%和22%。结论 9种骨骼标本脱脂有机溶剂中最理想的是工业环己酮,其次是乙酸乙酯和工业丙酮。
Objective To compare the degreasing and dehydration effects of degreasing organic solvents in nine kinds of bone specimens. Methods Nine fresh adult palm specimens were selected. The tissues around the bones were removed by boiled water and soaked in 500 ml of different organic solvents. The effects of degreasing and dehydration were observed after washing and bleaching. Results Industrial acetone, industrial cyclohexanone and industrial ethyl acetate had the best degreasing and dehydration effects on skeletal samples. The ratio of degreasing and dehydration was about 38%, the surface of the bone was bright and white, the oil in bone marrow cavity was relatively clean, followed by industrial ethanol , The day that water and gasoline, degreasing dehydration ratio of about 32%, the worst effect is ether and xylene, its degreasing dehydration rate was only 23% and 22%. Conclusion The best of the nine kinds of skeletal samples degreasing organic solvents are industrial cyclohexanone, followed by ethyl acetate and industrial acetone.
