复方中药注射液(ICHM)对人胃癌细胞 BGC-823和人乳癌细胞 MCF-7均有较强的杀伤作用。IC_(50)分别为0.02g 生药/mI 和0.018g生药/ml。流式细胞分析仪测定表明,ICHM 使 BDC-823细胞停止在 G_1期,导致 S 期细胞显著减少。通过~3H-TdR 掺入试验观察到,ICHM 能抑制 BGC-823细胞的 DNA 合成。
Compound Chinese Herbal Injection (ICHM) has a strong killing effect on human gastric cancer cells BGC-823 and human breast cancer cells MCF-7. IC_(50) was 0.02 g crude drug/mI and 0.018 g crude drug/ml, respectively. Flow cytometric analysis showed that the ICHM stopped BDC-823 cells in the G1 phase, resulting in a significant reduction in S phase cells. Through the ~3H-TdR incorporation assay, ICHM inhibited DNA synthesis in BGC-823 cells.
