本文研究了人工饲养日本医蛭过程中防止医蛭逃遁,减少死亡率,提高产量的物理和化学方法。结果表明,用尼龙过滤筛网(80—100目)粘结于饲养箱上及香柏油、香茅醛涂抹于水族箱四壁皆可防止医蛭外逃,其中尼龙细筛网粘结于塑料饲养盒四周效果最佳。 This article studies the physical and chemical methods for preventing the leeches from hiding, reducing the mortality and increasing the yield during the artificial feeding of Japanese leeches.
