设计了一款集左右旋双弹簧与液压系统为一体的新型双簧液压阻尼器。通过建立2自由度阻尼器结构的试验模型,在随机振动环境试验条件下进行了结构减振特性频谱测试,经试验分析,得到了双簧液压阻尼器的动态减振特征曲线,为阻尼器结构的减振性能与力学特性研究提供有利的技术支撑。
A new double-spring hydraulic damper with double-turn spring and hydraulic system is designed. By setting up a two-degree-of-freedom damper structure test model, the vibration characteristics of the structure were tested under random vibration test conditions. The dynamic damping characteristic curve of the double-reed hydraulic damper was obtained through experimental analysis. Vibration damping performance and mechanical properties provide favorable technical support.
