建立支架重量和梁端距变化范围的数学模型,运用遗传优化算法确定顶梁、底座、掩护梁的断面参数和四连杆机构的尺寸参数,并以ZZ12000/30/50型液压支架进行了验证。研究结果表明:通过运用遗传优化算法,使支架重量减少了16.7%,梁端距变化控制在<12 mm。
The mathematic model of the weight and the range of the end of the beam was established. The parameters of the top beam, the base and the cover beam were determined by genetic algorithm. The dimension parameters of the four-bar linkage were verified and verified by ZZ12000 / 30/50 hydraulic support . The results show that the weight of the stent can be reduced by 16.7% through the use of genetic algorithm, and the change of beam end distance can be controlled at <12 mm.
