1.引言近些年来,随着社会化网络的兴起和外出旅行活动的升温,旅行社交的概念逐渐火热,与之相关的互联网产品也如雨后春笋般涌现。然而优质的用户体验是互联网产品成功的基础,旅行社交产品同样如此。构建完善的产品形态和贴切的服务能够让产品在日趋雷同的设计中脱颖而出,最终赢得更多的用户。本文采用CJM(customer journey map)的研究方法,从用户需求为切入点,最终建立移动旅行社交产品的设计模
