近两年来,从中央领导人的重要讲话中涌现了许多新词热词,引起了理论界的广泛关注。随着时间的推移,围绕这些新词热词的理论探讨还将进一步深入。新常态这是中共执政新理念的关键词之一。2014年5月,习近平总书记在河南考察时说:“我国发展仍处于重要战略机遇期,我们要增强信心,从当前我国经济发展的阶段性特征出发,适应新常态,保持战略上的平常心态。”这是中央领导人首次以“新常态”描述中国经济。7
